I'm an autism advocate, speaker, and consultant. Diagnosed with autism in my teenage years, I've spent more than a decade understanding firsthand the dynamics that shape life on the spectrum — and the dynamics that shape life for the families and caregivers walking alongside us.

An admirer of Temple Grandin's decades-long work, I build trusting relationships with the people I work with — autistic individuals, parents, educators, employers — helping them grow self-esteem, independence, and social confidence on their own terms.

I earned a Bachelor of Science from Marshall University and have worked with organizations including the Charlottesville Region Autism Action Group (CRAAG), UVA's STAR program, the Virginia Autism Hope Summit, the Virginia Institute of Autism, and Blue Ridge LEND.
